Graham Ojala-Barbour, Principal Attorney
Graham represents clients in all types of immigration cases, including deportation defense, U Visas, family and employment based petitions, and applications for permanent residence in the United States, and applications for naturalization to become a citizen of the United States. Graham is also an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota Law School's Federal Immigration Litigation Clinic, which is part of the Center for New Americans. After graduating from the University of Minnesota Law School with honors in 2011, Graham worked as an attorney at the Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota and for a private immigration law firm in Bloomington, Minnesota. Graham has argued on behalf of clients in federal district court and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. He is on the executive committee of the Minnesota / Dakotas Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers' Association.
